Personalised program for
Weight Gain
Being told to "just eat more" has not worked. There is usually a reason.
- Nutrient-dense, not junk-heavy
- Meals you can actually finish
- Muscle, not just belly fat
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Nutrient-dense, not junk-heavy
Healthy calories from real food, not fried snacks and sweets.
Meals you can actually finish
Smaller, frequent, easy-to-eat meals for small appetites.
Muscle, not just belly fat
Protein and strength work so the gain goes where it should.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
Underweight is treated as an enviable problem, which is why it is so rarely treated properly. People who struggle to gain weight are usually either not absorbing what they eat, not able to eat enough volume, or gaining the wrong tissue when they finally do.
- You eat what looks like a lot and the weight does not move
- You feel full after very little and cannot finish meals
- You gained weight but it went entirely to the abdomen
- You are told you are lucky, which is not how it feels
- You tire quickly and recover slowly from illness
Why generic advice often fails
Generic advice says eat more calories. But if the cause is poor absorption, low appetite, an untreated thyroid issue, anaemia or coeliac disease, more food simply passes through. And when weight is gained purely by adding calories without resistance training, the gain is fat rather than muscle — which is why people end up thin-limbed and round-bellied.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
Causes are screened before calories are added
Haemoglobin, ferritin, thyroid, B12 and vitamin D, plus a review of digestive symptoms. If absorption is the problem, more food is not the answer.
Calorie density inside normal meals
Rather than adding meals you cannot finish, we make the meals you already eat carry more energy. Small volume, high density.
Appetite is built, not forced
Meal timing, spacing and the order food is eaten in all change how much you can comfortably manage. This is the part most plans skip.
Resistance training so the gain is muscle
Without a training stimulus, surplus calories become fat. Exercise guidance is part of the plan from week one, not an optional extra.
Composition is measured
Body composition tells us whether the kilograms you gained are lean mass or not. The scale on its own cannot.
Progress markers we may track
- Skeletal muscle mass
- Body weight
- Haemoglobin and ferritin
- Vitamin B12
- Thyroid profile
- Vitamin D

Questions people ask
Will I be told to drink weight-gain shakes?
No. Commercial gainers are mostly sugar and often make the abdominal gain worse. We work with food first.
How fast can I expect to gain?
Around 0.25 to 0.5 kg a week is realistic if the gain is to be muscle. Faster than that is largely fat.
I am vegetarian. Is this harder?
It requires more planning but works well. Protein adequacy from Indian vegetarian sources is something we deal with daily.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
