Personalised program for
Fatty Liver
Found on a routine scan, dismissed as common, and quietly progressive.
- Liver-friendly, low-sugar meals
- Steady, targeted fat loss
- Reports tracked
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Liver-friendly, low-sugar meals
We cut the sugars and refined carbs that load the liver, not the foods you love.
Steady, targeted fat loss
Losing 7 to 10% of body weight is linked with major liver improvement.
Reports tracked
Liver enzymes, sugar and lipids reviewed as you progress.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
Fatty liver is usually discovered by accident — an ultrasound for something else, or raised SGPT on a routine panel. Patients are frequently told it is very common and to lose some weight. It is common. It is also the one condition on this list that responds fastest when it is actually treated.
- An ultrasound reported Grade 1, 2 or 3 fatty liver
- SGPT or SGOT came back above range on a routine test
- You were told it is common and given no plan
- You drink little or no alcohol and were surprised by the diagnosis
- You also have raised triglycerides or a widening waistline
Why generic advice often fails
Most advice for fatty liver stops at "lose weight and avoid oily food". But dietary fat is not the main driver — fructose and refined carbohydrate are. Sugar, fruit juice, sweetened drinks, refined flour and the quantity of rice or roti at each meal matter far more than the spoon of ghee people agonise over. Meanwhile visceral fat, not overall weight, is what the liver responds to.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
Fructose and refined carbohydrate come down first
This is the single highest-yield change and it is specific — quantities, sources and timing, not a vague instruction to eat less sugar.
Targeted visceral fat reduction
Liver fat tracks visceral fat closely. We measure visceral fat level directly rather than inferring it from weight.
An anti-inflammatory food pattern
Omega-3 balance, polyphenol intake and fibre load, built into Indian meals rather than imported from a Mediterranean template.
Coordinated with your physician
If you are under a gastroenterologist or hepatologist, we work alongside their plan. Medication decisions remain theirs.
Re-tested at twelve weeks
Liver enzymes respond quickly. Repeat SGPT, SGOT and GGT at week twelve tell us plainly whether the plan is working.
Progress markers we may track
- SGPT and SGOT
- GGT
- Triglycerides
- Visceral fat level
- Waist circumference
- Fibroscan where available
One team. One direction.
You are not passed between disconnected experts. Relevant findings are shared and the team works towards the same outcome.

Questions people ask
Is fatty liver reversible?
Simple fatty liver is generally considered reversible with sustained change. Once fibrosis has developed the picture is different, which is why acting early matters.
How soon do enzymes improve?
Many patients see meaningful movement in SGPT within eight to twelve weeks, though this varies with starting values and adherence.
Do I have to give up rice?
No. Quantity, pairing and timing usually do the work. Total elimination is rarely necessary and rarely sustained.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
