Personalised program for
Skin & Hair Health
Hair fall and skin changes are usually a symptom. Treating them topically treats the surface.
- Protein and micronutrient focus
- Gut and hormone aware
- Food first, supplements only if needed
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Protein and micronutrient focus
Iron, B12, vitamin D, zinc and protein: the building blocks of hair and skin.
Gut and hormone aware
Digestion, thyroid and PCOS patterns considered, not ignored.
Food first, supplements only if needed
We read your reports before recommending anything.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
People spend a great deal on serums, treatments and supplements for hair fall, acne and dull skin. What is rarely done first is testing for the handful of deficiencies and hormonal patterns that cause the great majority of cases — and which respond well once identified.
- Hair fall that has continued for more than three months
- Adult acne, particularly along the jaw and chin
- Skin that has become dull, dry or reactive
- Hair thinning at the crown or a widening parting
- Nothing topical has made a lasting difference
Why generic advice often fails
Hair fall has a small number of common causes: low ferritin, low vitamin D, thyroid dysfunction, PCOS, protein inadequacy, and rapid weight loss. Adult acne along the jawline is frequently androgenic and insulin-linked. None of these are visible on the surface, and none are addressed by what is applied to it. Supplements taken without testing often miss the actual deficiency entirely.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
The cause is identified before anything is prescribed
Ferritin, vitamin D, B12, thyroid and, where relevant, the androgen and insulin picture. Ferritin in particular is often "normal" on a report and still too low for hair.
Protein adequacy is corrected
Hair is protein. Chronic underconsumption, very common in Indian vegetarian diets, shows up in hair and nails before anywhere else.
Insulin and androgens for adult acne
Where the pattern is hormonal, treating the glycaemic load and insulin resistance does more than any topical routine.
Your supplements are reviewed honestly
Most people arrive taking several things they do not need and missing the one they do. We tell you which is which.
Realistic timelines are set upfront
Hair has a growth cycle. Correction shows at around twelve to sixteen weeks, not in three. Knowing this prevents people abandoning a plan that is working.
Progress markers we may track
- Ferritin
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin B12
- Thyroid profile
- Protein intake
- Fasting insulin where indicated

Questions people ask
How long before I see a difference?
Shedding typically settles first, often by eight to twelve weeks. Visible regrowth follows the hair cycle and takes longer.
Do I need to stop my current treatments?
Not necessarily. We work alongside dermatology care rather than replacing it.
Is this just about taking supplements?
No. Supplements correct a measured deficiency. The diet has to sustain the correction, or the deficiency returns.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
