- Gut-friendly and trigger-aware
- Symptoms and markers tracked
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Whole-food Indian meals
Less ultra-processed food, more of what calms inflammation.
Gut-friendly and trigger-aware
We find the foods that flare you up, without cutting everything.
Symptoms and markers tracked
Energy, pain, digestion and inflammatory markers reviewed together.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
Chronic low-grade inflammation sits underneath a large number of complaints — joint pain, morning stiffness, persistent fatigue, skin flares, gut symptoms and autoimmune conditions. It is measurable, it responds to food, and it is very rarely addressed in a structured way.
- Joint pain or stiffness, particularly in the morning
- An autoimmune diagnosis such as rheumatoid arthritis, Hashimoto's or psoriasis
- Fatigue that rest does not resolve
- Raised CRP or ESR on a report
- Symptoms that flare and settle without an obvious pattern
Why generic advice often fails
The internet version of an anti-inflammatory diet is a list of foods to avoid, usually including things you eat every day. Followed without structure, it becomes restrictive, socially difficult and abandoned within weeks. A proper protocol is sequenced: remove, observe, rebuild, reintroduce — and it identifies your triggers rather than assuming everyone shares the same ones.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
Inflammation is measured at baseline
hs-CRP and ESR, plus a structured symptom and stiffness score so improvement can be seen rather than guessed at.
A sequenced elimination, not a permanent ban list
Twelve weeks structured as removal, observation, rebuild and reintroduction. Foods come back unless they demonstrably should not.
Omega-3 balance corrected
The ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 in the typical Indian diet is strongly skewed. Correcting it is specific work involving oils, nuts and fish or supplementation.
Gut repair alongside
Fibre diversity, fermented foods and, where indicated, targeted repair. Much inflammatory load originates in the gut.
Alongside your specialist
We work with rheumatology, dermatology and endocrinology care. Nothing here replaces your medication.
Progress markers we may track
- hs-CRP
- ESR
- Pain and stiffness score
- Anti-TPO or ANA where relevant
- Omega-3 index where available
- Symptom diary
One team. One direction.
You are not passed between disconnected experts. Relevant findings are shared and the team works towards the same outcome.

Questions people ask
Will I have to give up gluten and dairy forever?
Almost certainly not. They may come out temporarily during the elimination phase and are reintroduced systematically to test whether they matter for you.
Can this replace my medication?
No. This is nutritional care delivered alongside your specialist's treatment. Any change to medication is their decision.
How long before symptoms change?
Many patients notice a difference in stiffness and energy within four to six weeks. Marker changes typically show by week twelve.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
