Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
Most new mothers are told to "eat for strength" by one person and to "lose the baby weight" by the next. Somewhere in between, their own recovery, energy and sleep get forgotten. The postnatal months need a plan that feeds recovery and breastfeeding first, and weight loss second, in that order.
- Your baby is a few months old and the weight has not moved
- You are exhausted, and broken sleep is not the only reason
- You are breastfeeding and worried that dieting will affect your milk
- Your tummy still looks pregnant, or your back and pelvis ache
- You are living on leftovers, tea and whatever is quickest
Why generic advice often fails
Postnatal weight is rarely about willpower. Broken sleep raises hunger, breastfeeding changes how much energy you need, and low iron, vitamin D, B12 or thyroid changes after delivery are common and easily missed. The abdominal wall and pelvic floor also need proper rehabilitation before intense exercise. A generic diet chart ignores all of this, which is why it either fails or leaves you more tired.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
Recovery and milk supply come first
Enough protein, iron, calcium and fluids for healing and breastfeeding. Fat loss is paced gently so your energy and milk are protected.
Traditional foods, balanced, not banned
Panjiri, ladoo, ghee and ajwain have their place. We keep what your family values and adjust portions so recovery food does not become extra weight.
Reports checked, not assumed
Haemoglobin, ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and thyroid are reviewed, because postpartum deficiencies often feel like "just tiredness".
Meals that fit life with a baby
Quick, one-hand and make-ahead options for days when there is no time to cook or sit down to eat.
A safe return to movement
On Integrated, Dr. Chandni Subba assesses the abdominal gap and pelvic floor and builds a step-by-step plan from gentle core work to full exercise.
Progress markers we may track
- Weight and waist
- Body fat and muscle mass
- Haemoglobin and ferritin

Questions people ask
When can I start?
Nutrition support can start soon after delivery. Active weight loss usually begins around six weeks postpartum, once your doctor has cleared you, and later after a C-section if advised.
Will dieting reduce my breast milk?
Not with a planned, gradual approach. We never use crash diets while you are breastfeeding; calories and fluids are set to protect supply.
I had a C-section. Is exercise safe?
Only after medical clearance. On Integrated, the physiotherapist starts with gentle, scar-safe core work and progresses only when your body is ready.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
