Personalised program for
Cholesterol & Heart Health
A lipid report is a warning, not a verdict. Most of it responds to food.
- Beyond "stop eating ghee"
- Indian food, made heart-friendly
- Lipids, BP and waist tracked together
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Beyond "stop eating ghee"
We target the refined carbs, fried food and portion patterns that actually move your lipids.
Indian food, made heart-friendly
Your kitchen, your meals, adjusted rather than replaced.
Lipids, BP and waist tracked together
Heart risk is never one number.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
High cholesterol or triglycerides usually arrive quietly at a routine check-up, along with a vague instruction to "eat less oily food". That leaves people either swinging to boiled, bland meals for two weeks, or doing nothing at all. Lipids respond very well to specific, sustained changes, especially triglycerides, which often improve within weeks.
- Your cholesterol, LDL or triglycerides are high
- You have a family history of heart disease
- You have been advised to start a statin and want to improve your numbers alongside
- You have had a cardiac event or procedure and need a long-term eating plan
- High BP, belly fat, fatty liver or high sugar along with the lipids
- You have been told to eat "oil-free" food and have no idea what that means
Why generic advice often fails
Most lipid advice stops at fat, when refined carbohydrates, sugar, alcohol and excess weight are often the bigger drivers, especially for high triglycerides and low HDL. Blanket fat-free eating strips out nuts, seeds and healthy oils that actually help, leaves food tasteless, and rarely lasts a month. The kind of fat, the quality of the carbohydrate and the waistline matter far more than a simple oil count.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
The right fats stay, the wrong ones go
Trans fats, reheated oil and fried snacks are removed. Nuts, seeds and suitable cooking oils are used in correct quantities rather than banned.
Refined carbs and sugar addressed
The main driver of high triglycerides and low HDL in Indian diets is usually the carbohydrate load, not ghee.
Fibre built into everyday meals
Oats, pulses, vegetables, fruit and whole grains are worked into the food you already eat, in amounts that actually affect LDL.
Waist, BP and sugar together
Heart risk is a package. Weight, blood pressure and sugar control are planned alongside the lipid profile.
Safe, progressive activity
On Integrated, the physiotherapist builds an exercise plan appropriate for your heart status, joints and current fitness.
Progress markers we may track
- Total cholesterol, LDL and HDL
- Triglycerides
- Blood pressure
- Weight and waist
- Fasting sugar and HbA1c
- Liver enzymes

Questions people ask
Can I avoid starting a statin?
That decision belongs to your doctor and depends on your overall risk, not only your lipid numbers. Diet and weight loss improve lipids substantially, and we work alongside whatever your physician advises.
Do I have to stop ghee and oil completely?
No. Quantity and type matter; total elimination does not help and never lasts. Fried food, reheated oil and bakery products are what we target first.
I have had a stent or bypass. Can you help?
Yes, alongside your cardiologist. The plan is built around your current advice, medication and activity clearance.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
