Personalised program for
Child & Teen Nutrition
Good nutrition in these years shapes growth, immunity, concentration and habits for life.
- Growth first, always
- The whole family eats better
- Fussy eating handled with patience
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Growth first, always
Plans support height, strength and concentration. We do not put children on diets.
The whole family eats better
Habits are changed at home, so no child is singled out.
Fussy eating handled with patience
Practical strategies for lunchboxes, milk refusal and vegetable battles.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
Parents today get advice from every direction: protein powders, superfoods, screen-time snacking rules and a great deal of fear. Meanwhile the real issues are simpler. Children are eating too little real food and too much packaged food, lunchboxes come home full, and family meal routines have quietly disappeared. That is what we work on, with the whole family, never by putting a child on a diet.
- Your child is a fussy eater and mealtimes are a daily battle
- Low appetite, frequent illness or low energy at school
- Your paediatrician has raised concerns about growth or weight
- Your teenager lives on packaged snacks, cold drinks and skipped breakfasts
- A teen athlete who needs proper fuelling for training
- Your child has been diagnosed with anaemia, vitamin D deficiency or a specific condition
Why generic advice often fails
Children are not small adults, and adult diet plans do them harm. Restriction, calorie counting and weight talk in childhood are linked with worse relationships with food later on. What genuinely works is changing the family food environment: what is stocked at home, how meals are structured, what goes into the lunchbox, and how the adults eat. Growth, energy and immunity come first; body weight is the paediatrician's call, and it settles as habits improve.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
Growth and nutrition, not dieting
Plans are built to support height, strength, concentration and immunity. Children are never given restrictive diets or weight targets by us.
The family kitchen is the plan
We change what is stocked, cooked and served at home, so the child is never singled out or made to feel different at the table.
Fussy eating, handled practically
Realistic strategies for repeated exposure, lunchbox planning, milk refusal and the vegetables that always come back uneaten.
Real food swaps for packaged snacks
Quick, tasty options children actually accept, including options for hostel, school canteen and tuition-day routines.
Teens and sport, fuelled properly
For active teenagers, protein, iron, hydration and meal timing are planned around training and exam schedules.
Progress markers we may track
- Growth as tracked by your paediatrician
- Energy and concentration
- Appetite and meal acceptance
- Variety of foods accepted
- Haemoglobin and vitamin D where tested
- Frequency of illness
One team. One direction.
You are not passed between disconnected experts. Relevant findings are shared and the team works towards the same outcome.

Questions people ask
Will you put my child on a diet?
No. We do not give children restrictive diets, calorie targets or weight goals. We improve the quality and structure of family eating; growth and weight remain your paediatrician's domain.
My child refuses vegetables and milk. Is that fixable?
Usually yes, with patience and the right strategies rather than force. We work on presentation, repeated exposure, timing and alternative sources of the same nutrients.
What age do you work with?
Children and teenagers, with a parent involved throughout. For any medical condition, we work alongside your paediatrician and follow their advice.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
