Personalised program for
Kidney Care (CKD)
A kidney diet should protect your kidneys without leaving you weak and underfed.
- Built around your reports
- Alongside your nephrologist
- Food that is still worth eating
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Built around your reports
Protein, potassium, phosphorus and sodium are set for your stage, not from a generic chart.
Alongside your nephrologist
We work with your doctor and treatment, never around them.
Food that is still worth eating
Familiar Indian meals, adjusted, so you are not left with boiled and bland.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
A CKD report changes what is safe on your plate, and most people are handed a list of restrictions with no idea what is left to eat. Meals become bland and repetitive, appetite drops, weight and muscle fall away, and the malnutrition itself becomes a problem. A good kidney diet is precise, not simply restrictive.
- You have been told your creatinine or eGFR is not normal
- You have CKD alongside diabetes or high blood pressure
- You have been given a list of restrictions and no practical plan
- You are losing weight, appetite or strength
- Your potassium or phosphorus readings keep fluctuating
- Your family cooks one meal and you do not know what you can eat from it
Why generic advice often fails
Kidney nutrition changes with your stage, your reports and your other conditions. Protein that is too high stresses the kidneys; protein that is too low causes muscle loss and weakness, which worsens outcomes. Potassium, phosphorus, sodium and fluid all need individual decisions, and many "healthy" foods, including coconut water, certain fruits and salt substitutes, are risky for kidney patients. A generic diabetes or weight-loss chart can be harmful here.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
Your reports set the plan
Creatinine, eGFR, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, albumin and haemoglobin are reviewed before anything is planned, and again as they change.
Protein set precisely
Enough to protect muscle and strength, controlled enough to protect kidney function, adjusted for your stage and for dialysis if applicable.
Sodium, potassium and fluids managed practically
Which vegetables, which fruits, how to cook dal and how to season food, explained for your family kitchen rather than as a list of nos.
Diabetes and blood pressure together
Sugar and blood pressure control is what slows kidney damage, so they are managed in the same plan.
Coordinated with your doctor
We work alongside your nephrologist and their prescriptions. Your reports drive the plan, and we never change prescribed treatment.
Progress markers we may track
- Creatinine and eGFR
- Potassium and phosphorus
- Albumin and haemoglobin
- Blood pressure
- Sugar control
- Weight and muscle mass
One team. One direction.
You are not passed between disconnected experts. Relevant findings are shared and the team works towards the same outcome.

Questions people ask
Do you replace my nephrologist?
No. We are dietitians and we work alongside your treating doctor. Please continue your prescribed treatment and consultations; we plan the nutrition side around them.
What do you need before starting?
Your recent kidney reports, including creatinine, eGFR, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, haemoglobin and urine tests, plus your medication list and any dialysis details.
Can I still eat normal home food?
In most cases yes, with changes to cooking method, portions and some ingredient swaps. The aim is food your family can cook once, with sensible adjustments for you.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
