- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Find your triggers, keep your food
A structured short trial, then foods come back one by one.
Bloating, acidity and irregularity together
Symptoms tracked daily, not guessed at.
Meal structure matters as much as ingredients
When and how you eat often drives the symptoms.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
Gut problems are exhausting precisely because the tests look fine. People end up cutting out food after food, until the diet is tiny, social life is stressful and the symptoms are still there. A better approach is structured: identify the actual triggers over a short period, then deliberately bring foods back so you end up eating more variety, not less.
- Bloating and gas most days, worse as the day goes on
- Constipation, loose motions, or the two alternating
- Acidity, reflux or a constant heaviness after meals
- You have been diagnosed with IBS and told to manage stress
- You have cut out several foods already and are still uncomfortable
- Your gut symptoms worsen with stress, travel or irregular meals
Why generic advice often fails
Random elimination rarely works, because the trigger is often a group of foods, a quantity, or a combination rather than a single item. Meal timing, eating speed, fluid intake, fibre type, sleep and stress all affect gut symptoms, and none of that shows on a report. The gut-brain connection is real, which is why stress management belongs in the plan rather than as a throwaway line.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
Symptoms mapped before anything is cut
A short, structured food and symptom record shows the pattern, so decisions are based on your gut and not a generic list.
A structured trial, then reintroduction
Where suitable, a short low-FODMAP style trial is used to settle symptoms, followed by planned reintroduction so your diet ends up wider, not narrower.
Meal structure and eating habits
Timing, portion size, eating speed, fluids and late-night meals are corrected. This alone resolves a surprising number of cases.
Fibre and gut bacteria, handled carefully
The right type and amount of fibre, plus fermented foods where tolerated, introduced gradually so they help instead of causing more bloating.
The stress and sleep link
On Integrated, counselling support addresses the stress and anxiety loop that keeps gut symptoms going.
Progress markers we may track

Questions people ask
Will I have to cut out lots of foods?
Only briefly, and only where needed. The aim of any elimination trial is reintroduction; long-term restriction damages nutrition and usually makes tolerance worse.
Do I need tests before starting?
Not always, but please see a doctor first if you have weight loss you cannot explain, blood in the stool, persistent vomiting, difficulty swallowing, or symptoms that started suddenly after the age of 45. Those need medical assessment, not a diet plan.
How soon will I feel better?
Many people notice a difference in the first two to three weeks once meal structure and the main triggers are addressed. Complete stability takes longer, particularly if stress is a driver.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
