Personalised program for
High Uric Acid
High uric acid is not just about dal and tomatoes. The real drivers are usually elsewhere.
- Beyond the "no dal, no tomato" list
- Sugar and fructose targeted
- Weight, sugar and BP handled together
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Beyond the "no dal, no tomato" list
Most of that advice is outdated and costs you nutrition for nothing.
Sugar and fructose targeted
Sweet drinks and refined carbs raise uric acid more than most people realise.
Weight, sugar and BP handled together
High uric acid rarely travels alone.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
Most people with raised uric acid are handed the same photocopied list: no dal, no tomato, no palak, no rajma. They give up half their protein sources, feel weaker, and the reading barely moves. Meanwhile the things that actually raise uric acid the most, sugary drinks, refined carbohydrates, alcohol, excess weight and dehydration, are never discussed.
- Your uric acid is high on reports, with or without symptoms
- You get attacks of pain and swelling, often in the big toe, ankle or knee
- You have been told to stop dal, paneer, rajma and most vegetables
- You also have weight gain, fatty liver, high BP or high sugar
- You are on medication and want to support it with the right diet
- Your kidney function is being watched because of uric acid
Why generic advice often fails
The old purine-restricted diet cuts out many nutritious foods while ignoring the bigger contributors. Vegetable purines from dal and most vegetables have little effect on gout risk for most people, whereas fructose, alcohol, excess weight and dehydration matter a great deal. Crash dieting can also trigger an attack, so even weight loss has to be paced correctly.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
The real drivers are addressed first
Sugary drinks, fructose, refined carbohydrates, alcohol and hydration are tackled before anything nutritious is removed.
Protein is corrected, not deleted
We rebuild your protein intake from suitable sources so you are not left weak and undernourished by a photocopied list.
Weight loss, paced safely
Gradual fat loss lowers uric acid; rapid crash dieting can trigger an attack. The pace is deliberate.
The whole metabolic picture
High uric acid usually travels with fatty liver, insulin resistance, high BP or high lipids. One plan addresses them together.
Joints supported
On Integrated, the physiotherapist helps with joint pain, safe movement and returning to exercise after an attack.
Progress markers we may track
- Serum uric acid
- Frequency of attacks
- Weight and waist
- Kidney function
- Sugar and lipid profile
- Blood pressure
One team. One direction.

Questions people ask
Do I have to stop dal, paneer and palak forever?
Usually not. For most people, plant purines are not the main problem. We decide based on your reports, your symptoms and your overall diet, rather than a standard list.
I am already on medication. Do I still need a diet plan?
Yes, and we work alongside it. Medication lowers the reading; diet, weight and hydration reduce attacks and protect your kidneys and metabolism long term. We never ask you to stop prescribed medicine.
Will losing weight help?
Usually a great deal, but only if the loss is gradual. Very rapid weight loss or fasting can raise uric acid temporarily and set off an attack, so the pace matters.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
