Personalised program for
PCOS / PCOD
Irregular cycles, stubborn weight and endless conflicting advice. There is a clearer way.
- Insulin-first, not calorie-first
- Roti and rice stay on the plate
- Cycles, skin and hair tracked too
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Insulin-first, not calorie-first
Most PCOS weight gain is driven by insulin resistance, so the plan targets that.
Roti and rice stay on the plate
Smarter portions and pairings instead of a long banned-food list.
Cycles, skin and hair tracked too
Not just the weighing scale.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
PCOS is the most over-Googled and under-managed condition we see. Women arrive having tried keto, intermittent fasting, seed cycling and three different supplements, yet their cycles are still irregular and the weight has not moved. The problem is usually not effort, it is that the plan never addressed insulin resistance, the driver behind most PCOS symptoms.
- Your periods are irregular, or you skip months
- Weight settles around your stomach and refuses to move
- Acne, facial hair or hair fall are getting worse
- You have been told to "just lose weight" with no plan for how
- You are planning a pregnancy, or struggling to conceive
- You are on metformin or the pill and want to work on the root cause too
Why generic advice often fails
Generic weight-loss diets treat PCOS as a calorie problem. For most women it is a hormone and insulin problem. Very low-calorie dieting can raise stress hormones and make cycles worse, while high-carb, low-protein eating keeps insulin high and cravings constant. Symptoms also differ hugely between women, so one PCOS diet chart copied from the internet will suit almost nobody.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
Insulin resistance is addressed first
High-protein meals, smarter carbs and the right meal spacing to steady insulin, the driver behind weight, cravings and cycles.
Your reports guide the plan
Insulin, HbA1c, thyroid, vitamin D and androgens are reviewed. Lean PCOS and weight-gain PCOS are not managed the same way.
Real food, no extreme protocols
Roti, rice, fruit and dairy stay, portioned and paired correctly. Extreme low-carb plans usually backfire and are impossible to sustain.
Movement that helps hormones
Strength work and walking improve insulin sensitivity. On Integrated, the physiotherapist builds a plan that suits your fitness and joints.
Sleep, stress and cravings
Cortisol worsens PCOS. We work on sleep, late-night eating and stress patterns alongside the diet.
Progress markers we may track
- Weight and waist
- Cycle regularity
- Fasting insulin and HbA1c
- Thyroid and vitamin D
- Acne and hair changes
- Energy and cravings
One team. One direction.
You are not passed between disconnected experts. Relevant findings are shared and the team works towards the same outcome.

Questions people ask
Do I have to give up rice and roti?
No. Carbohydrates are not the enemy; the quantity, the pairing and the timing are what matter. We build the plan around what you already eat.
Will this help me conceive?
We are not a fertility clinic, but improving insulin resistance and losing even a modest amount of weight often improves cycles and ovulation. We work alongside your gynaecologist.
I have lean PCOS. Is this for me?
Yes. Lean PCOS still involves insulin and hormone issues. The plan focuses on body composition, cycles and symptoms rather than weight loss.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
