- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
High-protein, low-GI plates
Keeps sugar spikes down without giving up roti or rice.
Your usual foods, portioned right
No banned-food lists, just smarter combinations.
HbA1c and fasting sugar tracked
So you can see your numbers moving in the right direction.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
Prediabetes is usually delivered as a warning with no plan attached — come back in six months and we will check again. But this is the phase where dietary change produces the largest and most durable effect, and where the outcome is still substantially in your hands.
- HbA1c came back between 5.7 and 6.4
- Fasting glucose is between 100 and 125
- You were told to watch it and given no instruction on how
- There is type 2 diabetes in your immediate family
- You had gestational diabetes in a previous pregnancy
Why generic advice often fails
The standard advice — cut sugar, walk daily — is not wrong, but it is far too vague to move HbA1c. It also misses the actual driver, which is usually insulin resistance that began years before glucose started rising. Fasting insulin often shows the problem long before HbA1c does, and it is almost never tested.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
Insulin is tested, not only glucose
Fasting insulin and HOMA-IR show how hard your pancreas is working to keep glucose normal. This is the number that moves first.
Carbohydrate is structured, not banned
Quantity per meal, the order food is eaten in, and what carbohydrate is paired with. Indian meals restructured rather than replaced.
Post-meal movement
Ten to fifteen minutes of walking after the largest meal has a disproportionate effect on glucose response. Small, specific, and effective.
Visceral fat as the target
Insulin sensitivity improves with abdominal fat loss more than with overall weight loss. We measure the right thing.
Re-tested at twelve weeks
Repeat HbA1c and fasting insulin. If the numbers have not moved, the plan changes.
Progress markers we may track
- HbA1c
- Fasting glucose
- Fasting insulin
- HOMA-IR
- Triglyceride to HDL ratio
- Waist circumference

Questions people ask
Can prediabetes be reversed?
Many people return HbA1c to the normal range with sustained dietary and activity change. Results vary with duration, family history and starting values.
Will I need medication?
That is your physician's decision. Our role is nutrition and movement, delivered alongside whatever they prescribe.
I am not overweight. Why do I have this?
Insulin resistance occurs at normal BMI, particularly in South Asians. Visceral fat and muscle mass matter more than weight.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
