Personalised program for
Thyroid / Hypothyroidism
Your reports are "normal" on medication, but the weight, tiredness and hair fall have not improved.
- Medicine plus the missing half
- The goitrogen myth, cleared up
- Weight loss paced for a slow thyroid
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Medicine plus the missing half
Your tablet fixes the hormone. Food, iron, vitamin D and B12 fix how you feel.
The goitrogen myth, cleared up
Cooked cabbage, broccoli and soya are not the enemy for most people.
Weight loss paced for a slow thyroid
Realistic targets, with muscle protected.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
Most thyroid patients are given a tablet, a repeat test in three months and a photocopied list of foods to avoid. Nobody explains why the weight still will not move, why the hair is still falling or why the tiredness never lifts. The tablet corrects the hormone level. It does not correct the deficiencies, the insulin resistance or the eating patterns that came with it.
- You are on thyroid medication but the weight has not moved
- Tiredness, cold hands, constipation or puffiness continue
- Hair fall and dry skin are getting worse
- You have been told to stop cabbage, broccoli, soya and every cruciferous vegetable
- You have subclinical hypothyroidism and want to avoid medication if possible
- Thyroid plus PCOS, insulin resistance or perimenopause together
Why generic advice often fails
A slow thyroid lowers metabolic rate, so the calorie cuts that work for others often stall here. At the same time, low iron and ferritin, low vitamin D, low B12 and poor protein intake are extremely common with hypothyroidism, and they cause much of the tiredness and hair fall that people blame on the thyroid itself. The usual advice to avoid all goitrogenic vegetables is mostly unnecessary in cooked, normal quantities and removes nutritious food for no benefit.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
The deficiencies are found and fixed
Iron and ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and protein are reviewed, because these drive the fatigue and hair fall far more often than the thyroid reading does.
Protein-led, insulin-aware meals
Hypothyroidism often travels with insulin resistance. High-protein, smart-carb meals steady energy and make fat loss possible at a realistic pace.
Timing around your medication
Practical guidance on when to take your tablet relative to food, tea, calcium and iron, so it is properly absorbed.
Food restrictions removed, not added
Cooked cruciferous vegetables and soya in normal amounts stay. We correct iodine and selenium intake instead of banning vegetables.
Gut, constipation and bloating
A slow thyroid slows digestion. Fibre, fluids and meal structure are corrected so you actually feel lighter.
Progress markers we may track
- TSH, T3 and T4
- Weight and waist
- Muscle mass and body fat
- Ferritin and haemoglobin
- Vitamin D and B12
- Energy, hair fall and digestion

Questions people ask
Will I be able to stop my medication?
That is your doctor's decision, never ours. Our job is to improve how you feel, correct deficiencies and support healthy weight; any change to medication is made by your physician based on your reports.
Do I really have to avoid cabbage, broccoli and soya?
For most people on treatment, no. Cooked cruciferous vegetables and moderate soya are fine. We review your iodine and selenium intake rather than deleting nutritious foods.
Why is my weight loss so slow?
A slow thyroid lowers your metabolic rate, so the pace is genuinely slower. We protect muscle with adequate protein and strength work, which is what keeps the loss steady instead of stalling.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
