Personalised program for
Type 2 Diabetes
Diabetes is managed on your plate as much as in your prescription.
- Roti and rice, portioned right
- Protein-first plates
- Numbers tracked, not guessed
- Daily support from your dietitian
Why our plans actually work
Realistic plans built around your life and your favourite foods, which is exactly why they are sustainable.
Roti and rice, portioned right
Sugar control without a life of boiled food and banned lists.
Protein-first plates
Steadier sugars, fewer cravings, and muscle protected.
Numbers tracked, not guessed
HbA1c, fasting and post-meal readings guide every change.
In every plan, for every client
Your team dietitian stays in touch on WhatsApp to answer queries, clear doubts and keep you on track.
We include the foods you love, so the plan feels like your food, not a diet.
No fancy ingredients and no separate cooking. Your plan fits your family kitchen.
Because it fits your life, you keep the results long after the program ends.
You may be in the right place if...
Most people with type 2 diabetes have heard the same three lines for years: eat less rice, avoid sweets, walk daily. It is not wrong, it is simply not a plan. Sugars keep swinging, the medication list keeps growing and nobody explains how to eat the food your family actually cooks. With the right structure, most people see steadier readings within weeks.
- Your HbA1c is not where your doctor wants it
- Sugars swing through the day, especially after meals
- Your medication doses keep increasing
- You have gained weight since starting treatment
- You have diabetes with fatty liver, high BP or high cholesterol
- You want to reduce your risk of kidney, eye and nerve complications
Why generic advice often fails
A standard "diabetic diet chart" ignores the two things that matter most: what you actually eat at home, and how your body responds to it. Carbohydrates are cut without replacing them with protein, so hunger and cravings win within a week. Meanwhile insulin resistance, weight and muscle loss go unaddressed, which is why control keeps slipping even with good medication.
How your care becomes personal
Not a static chart. Your plan is reviewed against symptoms, reports, daily realities and measurable progress.
Carbohydrates corrected, not deleted
Quantity, type, pairing and timing are adjusted so roti and rice stay on your plate while post-meal spikes come down.
Protein and fibre at every meal
This is what flattens the spike, controls hunger and protects the muscle that keeps your sugars stable.
Weight and insulin resistance targeted
Steady fat loss improves insulin sensitivity. Even a modest loss often improves control significantly.
Your readings guide the plan
Fasting, post-meal and HbA1c results decide the next change. If your monitor shows a pattern, the plan adapts to it.
Coordinated with your doctor
We never change or stop prescribed medication. If your diet changes substantially and you are on insulin or sulfonylureas, we ask you to keep your physician informed so doses can be reviewed safely.
Progress markers we may track
- HbA1c
- Fasting and post-meal sugars
- Weight and waist
- Muscle mass and body fat
- Lipid profile and BP
- Kidney function

Questions people ask
Can diabetes be reversed?
Some people, particularly early in the disease and with significant weight loss, achieve remission where sugars stay normal without medication. Many others get much better control on lower doses. We will be honest with you about which is realistic in your case, and your doctor decides on medication.
Will I have to give up rice, roti and fruit?
No. Portions, pairings and timing change; the foods largely stay. Plans that ban everything fail within weeks, which helps nobody.
I take insulin. Is it safe to change my diet?
Yes, with care. Lowering carbohydrates while on insulin or sulfonylureas can drop sugars too low, so we make changes gradually and ask you to keep your doctor informed so doses are reviewed.
How often will I hear from my dietitian?
Every day if you need it. Your team dietitian is available on WhatsApp Monday to Saturday for meal checks, doubts and quick changes, on top of your scheduled follow-ups.
